Questions we hear most

How far in advance should we book Lumira Events?

For full planning we recommend reaching out three to six months before your date. Larger conferences and multi-day programmes benefit from six to nine months. That said, we regularly deliver polished events on six-week timelines, so ask us either way.

Do you only work in Kuala Lumpur?

Our studio is in KL Sentral, but we plan and manage events throughout Malaysia, including Penang, Johor Bahru, Langkawi and Kota Kinabalu, and we travel for destination briefs across Southeast Asia.

What budgets do you typically work with?

Most of our corporate projects sit between RM 60,000 and RM 500,000, while private celebrations start from around RM 35,000. We will always tell you honestly what your budget can achieve before you commit.

Can you work alongside our in-house marketing team?

Yes, and we do it often. We can take a defined slice of the project, such as production and vendor management, while your team keeps ownership of content and guest communications.

Do you handle vendor contracts and payments?

We negotiate and manage every vendor contract under a transparent cost structure. You see each quotation as it comes in, and nothing is signed without your approval.

What happens if something goes wrong on the day?

Every Lumira event runs with a dedicated show-caller, a written contingency plan and backup vendors on standby for critical elements. Problems get solved quietly, usually before anyone notices.
